Recruitment Procedure

In order to provide a planned and efficient recruitment service, we would initially require the following confirmation from the Principals by Fax or E-mail.

a.       Category and required number of personnel for the Organization.

b.       Comprehensive job classification for the respective post.

c.        Minimum qualification and experience required.

d.       Complete terms and conditions provide by the company to the personnel.

e.       Employment contract should be with the stipulation of the Ministry of Labor New Delhi India.

f.         Expected date of Mobilization of selected candidates.

g.       Recruitment Service Agreement.

 

On receipt of your confirmed demand of personnel for your Organization, we Scan through our data bank, if suitable CV’S are available, then the confirmation of the staff availability is done, which it self takes minimum 20 days.

In case, relevant CV’S are not available, resume, collected, screened and short listed by our professionals and then forwarded to our Principal Client for their final approval.
Interviews are scheduled as per the Client’s instruction (minimum 20-30 days advance notice is required, When the Client or their principal are unable to go for interviews, then the same is organized as per the instruction and requisition of the Clients with our Engineers/Professionals. In such circumstances, we take full responsibility of the selected candidates recruitment, only if found technically unfit then we will replace the candidate by us at our cost.

Documents Required

The following documents must be Notarized and Authenticated by the concerned Chamber of Commerce of the host country and by Indian Embassy in the country of employment:

         i.            Recruitment Agreement

        ii.            Special Power of Attorney (SPA)

      iii.            Minimum qualification and experience required.

       iv.            Demand Letter (Job Order)

        v.            Standard Employment Contract

       vi.            Copy of Company Registration/Photocopy of Employer’s Passport (for individuals) Block Visa or Visa Quota.

Special Power of Attorney (SPA)

This document is required by Concern Country Ministry of Labor, to legalize the recruitment process of Concern professionals and workers by the Principal, constituting K WORKFORCE as its legal representative. This document empowers K WORKFORCE to act for and on behalf of the Principal. This document is signed by the authorized signatory of the Principal and authenticated by the Concern Country Labor Consul or Attachè in the country of the Principal or the sponsoring country.

Demand Letter (Job Order)

This document contains the specifications of the employer:

1.       Name

2.       Business address

3.       Telephone, E-mail I.D. and fax numbers

4.       Number of professional workers needed in each job category the salary rates, job title, working hour, accommodation, job specification for each worker, and other fringe benefits.

 

Standard Employment Contract

This document contains terms and conditions of employment such as, working hour, overtime, leaves, probation period, provision of living accommodation, medical treatment and catering, etc.
